Oak Forest, IL While coaches, players and parents of the Oak Forest Fury continue to lobby for the Bremen School District to field a co-op team, the District will not sign off on it, leaving high school players lacking games and acknowledgement. For two years, parents, players and coaches of the Oak Forest Fury have been lobbying forBremen School District 228 to approve a co-op lacrosse team. For two years, according to coaches, the District has remained silent.

Hackettstown, NJ Despite a petition signed by students, Hackettstown High School will not add a lacrosse program next year, officials said.
Officials discussed the program's initial interest and subsequent dismissal during tonight's school board meeting. School board member Gus Bordi asked why lacrosse was not considered and asked if it was ever discussed.
