Ursuline College (OH DII) Adds Lacrosse

Ed Karasek has been named the first head lacrosse coach in the history of Ursuline College. He will join the athletic department on August 27th and begin building a program that will make its intercollegiate debut in the spring of 2014.

He is a Northeast Ohio native and a graduate of Padua Franciscan High School. He played lacrosse for Mickey Cochrane at Bowling Green State University when the school was one of few institutions to offer a Division I program. After earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Bowling Green in 1970, Karasek completed the M.B.A. program at Northern Illinois University.
